Club Tamborine's Melbourne Cup Calcutta
· Club Tamborine is looking for an experienced cook/chef to join our kitchen team and work alongside our existing chef. We have a great team already — we’re looking for the right person to strengthen it. About the role • Minimum of 25 hours per week • Wednesday to Sunday • Lunch: 11.30am–2.00pm • Dinner: 5.30pm–8.00pm • Weekend and evening work required • Working alongside our existing chef We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable and experienced and can make good decisions in a busy kitchen. You don't necessarily need to be a career chef. If you're an experienced cook who is comfortable working with a menu, organising your prep and maintaining kitchen standards, we'd love to hear from you. There is some flexibility in the roster for the right person, so if the role sounds like a good fit but you can't commit to every shift, we'd still love to have a conversation. Could this be you?
