Father’s Day is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate Dad than by bringing the family together for a relaxed lunch and great food?

On Sunday 6th September, we’re opening our doors for a delicious Father’s Day lunch from 11:30am to 2:00pm, with a selection of Chef’s specials created especially for the occasion, alongside your favourite Club Tamborine dishes.

Father’s Day Specials

Our Chef has put together four delicious specials for the day:

• Kentucky Bourbon Pork Ribs – Tender, slow-cooked pork ribs coated in a smoky Kentucky bourbon glaze, served with creamy house potato salad and golden fries.
• Philly Cheesesteak – A classic American favourite — thinly sliced grilled beef, melted provolone cheese and caramelised onions piled into a toasted roll, served with crispy fries.
• Twice-Cooked Cider-Infused Pork Belly – Crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth inside. Our twice-cooked cider-infused pork belly is served with creamy house potato salad.
• 300g New York Strip – A premium 300g New York Strip cooked to perfection, paired with house-made pesto and indulgent truffle fries.
